Originally from North Philadelphia, we have always had the dream of opening a restaurant that specializes in ribeye cheesesteaks. As with all great stories, our dream took time. We moved to Rochester, New York in 2000; Angel established his career in business, while Angela made her mark as a counselor. For years, we traveled 5-6 hours to Philly to visit family and to get a taste of a ribeye cheesesteak. We spent 16 years in Rochester and decided it was time to take the leap and develop our small business.
San Diego was our only choice to open our business, the weather is always perfect! Our daughters and son-in-law joined us in making our dream become a reality. The five of us packed up and drove 3,000 miles across the country on September 16, 2016; we arrived 3 days later. Once we arrived, we began to search for locations to open up shop. January 2017, we found and landed 1039 Garnet Ave. After months of remodeling, we opened our doors on October 18, 2017.

Our concept is simple! We want you to feel at home while you order. All ribeye cheesesteaks and fries are made fresh and as you order! Nothing is pre-made. Angel slices the ribeye steak thinly and daily. All cheesesteaks come on an 11.5in Amoroso Bread with your choice of 5 cheeses and veggies. All orders are made fresh and within 5 minutes; talk about an experience!
